Demeanor: Abby is strangely calm- serene. She often has a bored look on her face, staring out the windows during class and drifting off to la la hand.

Nature: Abby's mind is always some where else- thinking about the weather, her future, what she's going to do today, or just plain daydreaming. It isn't unlike her to space out in the middle of a conversation even every once and a while. You could say her head is always in the clouds

Description: 15 years old and 5'4", Abby ranger has brown hair and bangs, going down to about her shoulders- usually tied up in a pony tail. She's fairly pale- though not necessarily scrawny, just about average weight and muscles.

Supernatural Abilities:

Abby has some a strange ability to manipulate the weather- not perfect yet, but she's learning more and more everyday!

Nimbus - 4 - At will, Abby can generate a cloud that covers a (Power level x 10) meter area in a circle- and can move it at will anywhere up to (Power level x 100) meters away from her. She can make it rain, snow, or even hail- or just keep it a normal cloud. She can condense the cloud and hop on it to use as transportation as well. If she chooses to make it hail, you can roll this for damage to everyone in the area, including her or allies.

Weather Girl - 3 - Abby can detect any kind of weather that will happen up to (Power Level) days beforehand- she knows when it'll storm, snow, hail, or even if something supernatural will occur. On top of that- Abby gets different bonuses based on the weather. The bonus she gets to the stats is +1. Abby can take an action to try and spread the bonuses she's receiving for (total roll/2) rounds to any of her allies within 10 meters.

Outdoors girl (Minor) - Weather Girl won't work if she's indoors- indoors being 4 walls and a roof- and no, just opening a door doesn't stop this. In the case of caves or similar structures, if she is more than 10m away from being outside and is surrounded by walls and a ceiling otherwise, this also applies. She can still use Nimbus and change the weather- but she won't get any bonuses from the weather she creates that Weather Girl would provide and she can't predict what the weather will be outside while she's indoors. Abby will also have -1 to her Brains while in doors.

Personal History:

Abby's life is just- well, her life. She doesn't have a fancy past, or anything out of the ordinary. She spaces out a lot and doesn't pay too much attention to her surroundings unless necessary- although the one thing about her that everyone knows- she loves the rain!…and the snow, and the hail, and the…everything. Whenever there's any kind of weather, hot or cold, precipitation of any kind- Ally's attention is outside- a smile on her face. She aims to be a meteorologist when she finishes school (knowing her power, she kind of has an unfair advantage) and that's about it. Normal family life- normal friends. Nobody knows about her power outside of her family- and they decided it might be best to send her to Fifth Sanctum before other people found out about it- at least giving her a chance to figure out her powers better.
