Supernatural Abilities:

Online - 2 - She is able to directly interface with machines, allowing the robots to have an AI with personality fitting what she needs the robot for, whether it's a small robot child she makes or a tiny little robotic spider she keeps as a pet.

Telekinesis - 2 - Gabriella contains the ability to move things with her mind! She must focus intensely, otherwise she may drop it. And the heavier, the harder.

Vision - 2 - Gabriella never could afford the money for a soldering iron, nor would her parents ever buy her one, so imagine her gleeful surprise when she found out she can fire small beams from her eyes that will do the same job, no wires required! It also gives her the power of a welder, being able to simply use her vision to create a high enough temperature to weld two things together.

Sparks - 1 - Gabriella has the power of static electricity, able to rub her hands together to create a spark to start one of her robots or be able to give a nasty enough shock from a close distance so she can get away.

Things that cause problems for your character, often side effect of your powers (or of having your powers), not necessary. Not just 'limitations' of your powers.

  • Off the Grid: If she is away from computers or internet access, all of her powers weaken. (Mild)

Personal History:

Gabriella Ortiz was born on February 3, 2005 and grew up in a small town on the southern border of Texas and Mexico to a very conservative family of 4. Her mother, her father, her grandmother, and her older brother, Jose. From a very early age, Gabriella showed promise in the field of science by being able to pass many advanced math courses and start to build small robots with random things around the house by the time she was 7, the inspiration being brought by old reruns of the Transformers TV show, giving the idea that Robots can be friendly and do good things for people.
Her family, however, did not share her enthusiasm, as they despised robots for starting to replace people in doing certain jobs. So they needed to find a way to get Gabriella to never touch a robot again, and they figured doing this by actively trying to embarrass Gabriella about her robotic hobby, never trying to look impressed with her work, and constantly sending her to small camps and organizations to show Gabriella other courses, yet with Gabriella following MIT and other famous scientists online and having a subscription to Popular Science magazine, she would not be deterred, driving her to enjoy the company of her robots better than people, because she knows the personality of the robots she builds will not have the capacity to harm her.
She discovered her powers in the seven years she did robotics at home largely by accident. She discovered she didn't need to buy a soldering iron due to her ability to do the same thing with her vision if she focused hard enough, likely contributing to her power of being able to program a personality into select machines, effectively creating some of the first intelligent AI through supernatural means. She also has discovered that she can use a form of telekinesis to move object to her and away from her, greatly helping with a few of her projects, as well as discovering a power to generate small shocks of static electricity around her, being used to give a small kickstart to the machine she is working with.
She got into contact with the Fifth Sanctum completely secretly, having started research into them after discovering her telekinesis. After arrangements were made, Maria slipped out of her house in the middle of the night and ran away forever, taking her life in a much better direction, she hopes.
