Demeanor: At first, Isabelle seems to be an outgoing, laidback kinda girl. She speaks confidently and seems to enjoy physical activities.

Nature: Isabelle is somewhat similar to what she seems like, being an outgoing, but also easy going girl. She's adventurous and will sometimes take risks. Another interesting quirk to her is how upfront and truthful she is about things. And damn if she isn't the /most/ tenacious girl a person can meet.

Description: Isabelle is 17 years old, standing at 5'7. She has long, blonde wavy hair that can be a bit messy at time. It reaches to around waist level. Her eyes are a light brown color while her skin is beige.

Supernatural Abilities:

These are things you're character accomplishes via their power.
Abilities/Powers should be fairly broad, but look at other characters for good examples. They can grow over time, so don't worry if you start on the small side! You get 7 points to spend on powers at creation, with a starting cap of 4 and total cap of 7. Powers add your Tier to their rolls, usually.

Electrokinesis - 4 - Isabelle is able to channel electricity in and out of her body, being able to store and release electrical energy as well. Of course, with this comes being able to perform many, many moves, but at the cost of energy.

Electromagnetism - 3 - Isabelle can also manipulate her electricity to produce magnetic and anti-magnetic effects to aid her usage, either to propel herself off the ground and glide slowly downwards or to ride metal objects that can move her around quicker.


Hydrophobia: Water is dangerous to Isabelle in that if she manages to find herself in a body of water that rises above her waist, she would electrocute herself, as only her feet and hands can dispel and absorb electricity. (For every turn in water, -2 HP) (Severe)

Out of Power: Isabelle is able to store and channel electricity in and out of her body, though it comes from a different power source. Meaning, the energy she is able to produce is limited by the amount she can store. In order to use her more powerful abilities, she has to absorb energy from a power source to fuel them. When out of energy, She can only perform minimal actions and attacks. (-1 to all offensive/defensive rolls) (Flavor)

Fatigue: Isabelle's body reacts to presence of energy in the area. If energy is absent in a place, her body weakens which makes her vulnerable more , considering there would be no place to absorb electricity. (-2 to all rolls, HP and Psyche lowered by 2) (Flavor)

Bad Mix: There's also a certain issue of being unable to use electronics without either short-circuiting them and making them explode or draining all their energy. This leaves Isabelle with the inability to use any electronics. Also, the electricity in Isabelle reacts with the car fuel inside a car and thus, will make it explode. However, she can be on the outside of car, as in on top. (Flavor)

Personal History:

Isabelle Dunbar was born on March 4th, 2002 in Colorado to a single mother, her dad having died prior in a car accident. However, in fact, up until some time ago, Isabelle was just an average girl with her own unique personality, hobbies and dreams that really could be said to be normal. There was no abnormal conditions, disorders, allergies to her.

From an extremely early age, Isabelle was an adventurous and tenacious girl, not letting her boundaries stop her from attempting to try things. She learned to walk at an age of 8 months after having tried many times over and failing. At the age of 5, her mother was able to get her a few lessons in rock climbing. It was love at first sight. Unlike most of the other kids, she was not scared of heights and enjoyed the risk that came. Soon enough, she was participating in activities like track, rock climbing which was still her favorite and more. Life was good for the risk-taking and happy girl…

One day, Isabelle and a few of her friends ventured out in the forest as some sort of way to burn time in the summer when they came across some sort of peculiar rock. The light blue color and oddly glowing runes just peaked their curiosity, touching it. However it wasn't until Isabelle herself touched the rock that it actually reacted, turning a dark red color before blowing up. Her friends were injured, but she however was punctured with many fragments and hit a nearby tree with an incredible force. After being taken to the hospital, she was pronounced dead, an hour after the event. Soon after… the hospital lights began to flicker on and off as all equipment began to fail and lose charge. A blackout occurred as the electricity surged into her body as she opened up her eyes. She was alive.. but different. Her latent powers had been activated after having entered a death-like coma, only needing a short time to activate. Soon, Isabelle came to cope with what seemed to be a part of her life. This eventually led her to Sanctum.
